Levels of Service
Important information
Each plan includes two "passes" for you to request changes. This means:

Basic
The Basic editing service is line editing. This means, I'll fix grammar, punctuation, spelling, and any glaring problems that I may see.
This would be an appropriate service for you if you've done most of the heavy editing already and just want another pair of eyes
to catch anything you might have missed.

The Advanced editing service is appropriate for you if your work needs more intense editing, in particular if you are a beginning writer.
In addition to the services in Basic Editing,
I'll fix logic errors and sentence structure problems. I'll note any problems in character, plot, setting, or pace, and suggest alternatives.

This service is appropriate for you if you're happy with the text as it is, but you'd like it prepared in a format for self-publishing.
I'll prepare a title page, copyright page, and all the inside pages in a pdf printer-ready document.
That means you can send the pdf file off to the printer for your book to be printed! This service does not include attaining the copyright, fixing illustrations or photos,
or preparing the cover pages. Let me know if you need help with any of those and I'll see what I can do to put you in touch with other professionals.

This service combines the Advanced Service and the Interior Design service. This level of service is appropriate for you
if your work still needs editing and you want to prepare you book for self-publishing.
♦ Price: ~$600 and up, depending on word count.

The Life Story service includes producing one, four-page life story with text and photos in a pdf format. You can use this file to print out the story on your printer or post to your web site. Click here for more information and a sample life story.
1) I will make a first round of changes and send off the Word document. You send back any changes or questions.
2) I make your changes/answer your questions and send you a second pass.
3) You make any minor tweaks needed, and return to me.
4) I will send you a final version. Note: Any additional passes will result in additional charges.
If your project is lengthy, I may send you the pages in sections.
♦ Half of the payment is due before I begin work; half is due when I am finished.
♦ I accept PayPal and personal checks for payment. Work will begin when PayPal or check has cleared.
