Or tell me the life story of your father, your mother, one of your grandparents, or other family member.
STEP ONE: I will send you a form to fill out with the basic facts of your life (or the life of a special somebody).
STEP TWO: Once you have sent back the form, I will have one 20-30 minute phone interview with you. The phone interview will help flesh out the story and give it color and life. I will be able to highlight the areas of the
life that are most important to you.
STEP THREE: You will need to provide me (either by email or regular mail) with 4 to 6 color photos from your life or from the life you wish to highlight. Please also provide captions. Photos can include
professional portraits, family or work photos, photos from vacations or special events, photos of children and pets at any stage of life -- basically whatever you think will best illustrate the life story.

STEP FOUR: I write the life story either in first person format ("I won first place in the Boston Marathon.") or in third person ("John Smith fought in Iraq and was decorated with a purple heart."),
whichever you prefer, or I can choose. The example life story is in first person.
STEP FIVE: We go through two "passes," where you make changes and I correct them so that the text is accurate.
STEP SIX: I produce a final version in an Adobe Acrobat pdf file.
You can use this file to print out the story on your printer and share with others. Or you can post the pdf to your web site for the world to see.

Important information
Each plan includes two "passes" for you to request changes. This means:
1) I will make a first round of changes and send off the Word document. You send back any changes or questions.
2) I make your changes/answer your questions and send you a second pass.
3) You make any minor tweaks needed, and return to me.
4) I will send you a final version. Note: Any additional passes will result in additional charges.
If your project is lengthy, I may send you the pages in sections.
♦ Half of the payment is due before I begin work; half is due when I am finished.
♦ I accept PayPal and personal checks for payment. Work will begin when PayPal or check has cleared.
